Cardinal Place

I have lived in this apartment complex on two separate occasions, and when comparing it to other places in the same price range, I can say that it is the best place I have ever lived. The school district is good. Maintenance requests are handled quickly; The apartments management team is very efficient and friendly, especially Sydney, who leads the management office.They are constantly striving to improve and invest in maintenance.

I have lived here for over two years and enjoy the premises. Anytime I've had a maintenance request they immediately come the very next day to tend to the minor issues. There is off street parking for myself and plenty of on street parking for my visitors. It's a multicultural environment here with a blend of ethnicities all living closely together, in harmony. This apartment advertises as 900+ square feet. But when you look at the floor plan and do the math, it doesn’t add up. We may never have noticed but we moved out into a similar square footage apartment and it’s a lot bigger than cardinal.

This apartment is nice enough if you smoke but they don’t tell you it’s a smoking building until after you move in. So fyi, it’s a smoking building and you’ll smell it bc the walls are fairly thin and ventilation gets that smoke around.

Would not be an issue id complain about if you got a heads up but that wasn’t the case for us
