I live here. My vehicle's tire lost air within one hour while parked in the parking lot. I had it towed to a shop. A small picture nail was found in the side of the driver's side tire. The mechanic said that this nail would not have caused the tire to go flat that fast - being that the tire was re-filled with air and did not leak but was 'unsafe' to use or drive on (this tire) again...and the newer tires with less than 2k miles on them lose air often as does the brand new one I had to purchase.... I don't receive my mail most of the time, and if I do, it is often times weeks to months late. I felt it necessary to put a web cam in my apartment. Many people have friends, boyfriends/girlfriends, and family over either during the week, or mostly on the weekends. If you are someone who likes to have company, or has family or friends who drop by, I would suggest finding another place to live.
