I had such a positive experience with Karen. From the moment I reached out she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. My questions were answered quickly at the time of move in, and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued as a new resident. Place is great, the apartments are very nice and there is always enough parking here. Unfortunately pool area is often unusable, every other weekend a group of people at the complex throw a party at the pool and the cops get called almost every time. Managements solution is to send a mass text reminding the tenants of the rules. Really disappointing as that was one of the reasons I decided to move here.

I live in one of the townhomes and can hear EVERYTHING my neighbor does above me, his footsteps sound like I live below an elephant. I would never recommend this place, overpriced and poor quality.
