Seasons at River View

I have lived at Seasons at River View for a while now, and I can honestly say the new front office staff has brought a wealth of knowledge to the property. They are incredibly helpful and always handle every resident concern with the utmost professionalism. It is refreshing to have a team that is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live.

Shelby, the Property Manager, has helped me on several occasions by answering all of my questions and some of... them twice! I am a little older and not the most tech savvy, as the young folks say, and she has always been patient, kind, and willing to walk me through everything without ever making me feel like a burden. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.

Nicole, the Leasing Agent, is another wonderful part of the team. She is always at the front desk with a huge smile and genuinely cares about the residents. She even asks about my grandkids whenever she sees me, which really makes you feel like more than just an apartment number. She has also been organizing fantastic resident events for all ages, asks for feedback to make them even better, and even stays late so more residents have the opportunity to attend. That kind of dedication doesn't go unnoticed.

The amenities here are top notch and consistently well maintained and clean. It is clear the staff takes pride in keeping the community looking its best.

While I cannot speak to anyone else's personal experience, mine has been overwhelmingly positive. I think it is important for people to have realistic expectations and communicate their questions before moving in or out. Most of these complaint reviews seem like they could have been avoided easily with some accountability from the resident. In my experience, this team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about making sure everyone enjoys their home and community.

I loved it at first but after a few months we had a lot of issues, constant ant and other bug infestations, things constantly breaking/ needing to be fixed. We put in so many work orders just a few months of moving in. Snow removal was awful, couldn’t even use the sidewalks or see parking spaces. Could always hear neighbors. Constant paint chipping and cracking in the walls but we got blamed for it in the end. When we moved out we got charged for normal wear and tear, things not being perfectly... cleaned apparently even though when we moved in it wasn’t perfect. Our outside door wasn’t clean enough when it’s literally an outside door? Parking spots always being taken by someone else and nothing gets done about it. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to be nitpicked for everything you do or don’t do. The prices are insane for the little amount of space you have as well. Amenities are nice except paying for a pool that you can only use 4 months out of the year. Don’t recommend.

I’ve lived here for nearly three years and was one of the first residents in my building—moved in before the roads were even paved. During my initial walkthrough, I asked about noise insulation between apartments since I would be on the ground floor. At the time, I was told that the soundproofing was excellent, as we supposedly couldn’t hear the nearby construction workers.

Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. There appears to be little to no insulation or soundproofing between the... first and second floors, and you can clearly hear everything happening upstairs. While some noise is expected with apartment living, this level of noise is excessive. Friends who’ve visited often comment on how loud it is, especially compared to other communities.

I brought the issue up twice with the leasing office and was told it would be addressed, but nothing changed. Since then, I’ve managed it by using a sound machine at night to drown out noise from my upstairs neighbors—especially late-night activity and vibrations from their washer and dryer, which cause the ceiling and lights to shake. It’s been frustrating, particularly on work nights.

I’ll be moving out in a few months, but I wanted to share my honest experience. Overall, this is still a great community with plenty to enjoy, but if noise sensitivity is a concern, I strongly recommend choosing a second-floor unit. Read More

There does not appear to be any soundproofing between the 1st and 2nd floors. Don't expect any peace if you live on the first floor. Have spoken to the tenants above us twice, and have reached out to the main office without any resolution.

My husband, baby and I recently moved in here and we have loved it so far. The land is beautiful, people are very friendly (lots of cute dogs as well!) and the unit is so nice and well-constructed. Lastly and perhaps most importantly-the office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
