Property manager is rude and unprofessional and will not return phone calls. Maintenance is useless at fixing anything. Have to put in Maintenance requests 2 or three times before they even come to look a the problem. We've been forced to live without hot water going on 2 weeks now.

The office staff and maintenance crew are professional, kind, and always get the job done. Fair price for square footage, laundry facilities, garage, 24 hour maintenance, and being pet friendly. Grounds well maintained. Outside of town so quieter and great for walking a dog, riding bike, or leisure stroll through farm land. Nearby shopping and dining as well as easy access to Highways.
