This was one of the best properties I have rented as a travel therapist! It delivered the full package for me and my furry friend. Safe, quiet, clean, and friendly!! Management (Bradley) was very quick to respond and accommodating! When my contract ended I was not ready to leave this place! I will use this property again if a contract lands in this area! Don’t hesitate u will not be disappointed

Management is easy to contact. Repairs, if needed, are done in a timely fashion. The amenities that come with the apartment are better than anything I have had at any other apartment. Love that rent also includes the utilities, making it much easier to budget for the month.

We enjoy the clean, well maintained, open grass area and location of the property. Management is very easy to contact, repairs are done quickly. Utilities included in the rent and having semi-furnished units are a plus! Love having Kennedy Park across the street; perfect for our daily walks with our dog. Ample parking and early snow removal makes it easy to go to work. Major stores/super markets very close by. School for our daughter at a walking distance (D C Everest school district one of the... best in area). Lots to do summer/winter; water park/ice rink/bowling near by. Plenty of opportunities to get acquainted with neighbors, thanks to the Meet & Greet that management organizes. Free access to the pool/hot tub and gym at Stoney Creek is a great bonus.
