Needs better parking system

You already pay to live here but now need to pay more to park it seems. The parking lot is small and filled up after 7 pm leaving the only option to be street parking which can be the road nearby on even days when not filled with cars from the university nearby and a 7-minute walk away on odd. Or you can pay an additional $70 a month just to park in the garage on top of your rent. I just love watching people drive around d in circles in the lot at night waiting and hoping someone leaves so they... can park at their apartment.

Wouldn’t Live Anywhere Else!

First off this apt is so amazing and friendly! Right away I felt at home and welcome with the property manager Courtney. Not only is the apartment so cute but I love the community! Things such as events to bring tenants together, community movie rooms, community gym, and game room! Courtney is always quick to answer any questions and helpful! I’d give this apt 10 star if I could!!

Best place in Point

The amenities are amazing and the cleanliness is superior! When you walk into the main lobby it smells so nice and has a super warm welcoming feel! I love the community spaces and think they are a great area to do work from my computer. The ease of access to all the restaurants and other businesses is the best! Everything is in walking distance. The windows in the apartment are stunning and allow so much natural light in!
I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for an apartment in... Point!

The best in Stevens Point!

So far the best in Stevens Point it got super large windows that a plus if you enjoy houseplants or even just the brightness this is the place.In the kitchen u get plenty of space to cook your meals. You definitely get your money worth for everything they have to offer. The property manager Courtney is very helpful and when you need something you get a response back very quickly. I definitely recommend this place!
