Love this apartment so much

Bantr Stevens Point is the perfect mix of style, comfort, and community. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the shared spaces are great for working, relaxing, or meeting neighbors. The events make it feel like more than just a place to live—it’s a real community. And the management team is amazing—super friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. Couldn’t be happier living here!

Amazing Property and Mangement

Living at Bantr Stevens Point has been an incredible experience! From the moment I moved in, I was blown away by how thoughtfully designed the property is. The entire community is modern, clean, and full of energy.

The community spaces are one of my favorite parts—whether it’s relaxing in the lounge, getting work done in the coworking area, or enjoying the outdoor patio, there’s always a comfortable spot to hang out or connect with neighbors. The events hosted here are such a great touch too!… From social mixers to pop-up markets and seasonal parties, there’s always something fun happening that brings everyone together.

The unit itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully finished, and filled with natural light. Everything feels brand new and well cared for, which makes it feel more like home every day.

But truly, the best part of living here is the management team. They are incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents and the community. You can tell they take pride in making Bantr a place people want to live. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

best place to live in Stevens Point

This property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need all under one roof! From the amazing community spaces to the fun resident events, there’s always something going on that makes it feel like home. The atmosphere is welcoming and social, and the property manager is incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. Highly recommend living here!

Needs better parking system

You already pay to live here but now need to pay more to park it seems. The parking lot is small and filled up after 7 pm leaving the only option to be street parking which can be the road nearby on even days when not filled with cars from the university nearby and a 7-minute walk away on odd. Or you can pay an additional $70 a month just to park in the garage on top of your rent. I just love watching people drive around d in circles in the lot at night waiting and hoping someone leaves so they… can park at their apartment.
