I recently toured Plank Trail Apartments and was incredibly impressed. Brittany was transparent, professional and a pleasure to work with. The property is modern, the units are clean and spacious. Up to date appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen drew me in and the beautiful wooded patio views had me feeling like home. The only reason I didnt move forward was due to unexpected personal circumstances that arrised, but this place was definitely at the top of my list! Beautiful apartment buildings, amenities are great! Modern and clean. Minutes from beautiful Lake Michigan. Management is amazing and all their staff. Highly recommend if looking for a place in Sheboygan Falls!

The Plank Trail Apartments are fantastic! The modern design and spacious layouts are a huge plus. But the best part is the amazing management team – she is super responsive and friendly. It's more than just an apartment; it's a great community and place to call home in Sheboygan Falls!

I had requested a tour from management in April and beginning of May. Someone did message me back but still have not heard back about an actual tour. Very upsetting to be ignored.

These apartments are stellar; they are very nice, nice amenities, modern kitchens, glasstop stoves, vinyl plank flooring, private balcony and reasonably priced (I feel for Sheboygan County). Granted I faced a cornfield, but I did not mind it one bit. It was the peace and quiet (and occasional deer sights on said corn field) that I cherished while living there and the nice neighbors. I lived in the sole building (the first one built); and the building manager, Gerry, is probably one of the best... building managers I've ever had.
