I applied for a 1 bedroom apt and I don't know the status of it. I have tried reaching them multiple times on multiple numbers but no response. Avoid.

My boyfriend and I scheduled a time to tour these apartments. We were really looking forward to it because of how nice they look. When we got there to view it, we were asked to reschedule. I am extremely frustrated because I had to take a PTO Day and drive over an hour to get to Sheboygan. If this is how they treat their renters and future renters, I wouldn’t want anything to do with them.

I have rented from many places in Sheboygan but 7 Penn was definitely the best. Recently moved out and honestly if I could go back I would! Everything about this place was amazing from the apartments to the location and management. Definitely recommend. Only issue when I lived there was the walls seemed a bit thin but they were in the process of fixing that when we were moving. Neighbors are super friendly as well. I found living in an Army barracks quieter, you can here your neighbors sleeping through the walls. Small dogs always barking. They create reasons for fining residents for example fifty dollar a day fine if you back in to outside parking. fifty dollars cash to get back into your apartment if you get locked out after hours. one hundred dollars to reserve the community room to watch a football game.
Management talked nice to you, but it sure seemed like they didn't care about you. renter beware
