    Digusting, Poorly Managed and Maintained

    Drug use, sales and odors in and around the building. Property is unclean (dog poop, human urine, trash, broken glass inside and around buildings) and poorly maintained. Corporate does not address major issues.

    "Guest" recently set fire in stairwell during the middle of the night. Many residents could not hear fire alarms and only came out after Fire Fighters pounded on doors. Complex is assigned it's own Police Liason officer, that should tell you all you need to know.
