River Park Apartments

This place sucks. Everyone here hates management. There are parties going on almost every weekend, and onsite management doesn't care. The cops have been here a few times in the past year because of the noise. Definitely not a family place. I wish I looked at reviews before moving here. The fan in my bathroom has been broken for 3 months now and no matter how many times I call no one comes to fix it...and maintenance people here must be make believe because I never see them.

The management here is horrible. There is always a dryer that is broken. It takes days to fix simple stuff. Onsite management don't answer phone calls.

The apartments are nice, but there is a maintenance man that is a female predator and has not only been inappropriate with me in asking personal questions about my marriage, husband, relationship, etc to see if I was "available", while knowing I'm married, but I have heard the same thing from 2 other married women in the complex and he attempted to borrow money from 2 of us 3. I wish I could remember his name, but I know it started with an "M". I want to say Matt, but am not sure. I will not let... him in here to fix anything again without my Husband, a friend or the owner present. I wrote a letter to the ownership which went unanswered. Apparently, this isn't alarming enough to the owners. If there is no response to my complaint, we will be relocating. He was aggressive. Read More
