Perfect place to call home
I love living here. My place is updated and kept up well. I have my assigned parking spot, which is really nice. Extra added security with cameras is great too! Any maintenance issues I have had are fixed within 24 hrs. The fitness center next door is handy and nice too. I will be sad to leave when I finish school.

Perfect off campus quiet apartment
I moved here from on campus and I love having an affordable place all to myself. It is always clean and management is very responsive. I had one maintenance request and I put it in at 9pm and it was fixed by 9am the next day.
I am within walking distance to downtown, restaurants and all the fun things Waukesha has to offer (especially in the summer!). The farmers market is a Saturday must!
If you are looking for a quiet clean cozy place, I highly recommend!

Hidden gem!
Love it here! So close to great coffee shops, restaurants, and the river walk. The included off street parking is perfect for downtown living.
The building is so well maintained! Management and maintenance are both so responsive and gracious.

Perfect Off Campus Apartment
I have loved my apartment here and it has set my standards!
I am less than 10 minutes from campus, and just around the corner from downtown Waukesha.
I love the farmers market & riverwalk across the street, and the fire house is around the corner.
The apartments are surprisingly sunny, and kept well up-to-date.
The building cleaner is amazing! Management is so kind and quick to answer.
I am moving after graduation, which is super bittersweet as I would have loved to keep my apartment & stay... in the area!
