Great Management / Tenant Related
The management team is always on top of everything. Contacted them for a maintenance issue and they had gotten back to me within 24 hours, while also being able to fix the issue.
Some tenants don't clean up after their dogs in the elevator, staircase, and/or outside- but if you let management know, they clean it up right away. Some tenants also do not clean up after themselves in the common areas. If you have the means to live here, you have the means to purchase cleaning products.
The walls on... the same level are fairly thick. You rarely hear the people on top of you unless they're screaming.
All in all 5/5 due to management.
