Best Deal in Milwaukee
The rent is very reasonable especially considering that heat is included. The absentee caretaker that one reviewer mentioned must not be there anymore. Byron is the current building manager and he's always quick to respond. I've been there about 6 months, and haven't seen a single bug or trace of any other pests. My only complaint would be that some parts of the building smell like cigarettes, luckily the hall my apartment is in only smells like delicious food. Everything is really clean in the... building and I've never heard so much as a minor disagreement in the public areas. Think I'll probably stay for awhile.

Great Apartment Home!
This has been a great home for me and my son for the past 4 years. It is a very quiet, clean, well kept building. The Property Manager on site has been great and management is on top of everything. Grocery shopping is convenient being close to Pick N Save. Great place to live!

poor customer service
Very unprofessional... the apartment manager’s “caretaker” never showed up for the showing like we agreed, he cursed me out over the phone and hung up in my face. I thought the place was nice in pictures but they way i was treated i will not even recommend.
