Terrible Property Manager and Maintenance

Avoid this place at all costs. The property manager is non existent and the maintenance people are slow, rude and cut corners any chance they get. Units have been without heat for over 6 weeks and it is now approaching December!

Nothing that needs to be fixed is every fixed with urgency

They have cut corners by providing heaters however if more than 2 are plugged in it breaks the electrical circuit and all of your power goes out. People come to whitefish bay for safety and a better standard… of living and living here has essentially been like living in the slums!
