Truly Feels Like Home

These apartments are really incredible. Fantastic layout with tile flooring and built in cabinetry. The exterior is immaculate with freshly trimmed hedges and window box flowers. Plenty of lawn area to enjoy the weather while reading, entertaining guests, listening to music or just watching the world go by. All the tenants are friendly and always there with a helping hand. A perfect size parking lot in the back of the building. And if you ever need something looked at or repairs performed,... Shoreline Real Estate is extremely fast, efficient and beyond accommodating. Plus there is an onsite manager that is always available and is helpful in everyway possible. Thank you Shoreline for everything. The Chateau does truly feel like home!

Chateau Place Is Home

These are fantastic apartments! The location is everything: lakeside, friendly neighborhood, and walkable to the Oakland shops. The apartments are charming. I love the tile floors, French doors, and built in shelving. The building manager, Mark, is attentive and kind. I couldn’t be happier living here :)
