Norwood Apartments

I have lived here for the last 3 years and literally everyday I can hear conversations from my neighbors whether I am in my living room, bedroom, or kitchen. Neighbors are very audible especially 1-2am lately.
For the price, it is not the most bang for your buck.

Nestled away in Whitefish Bay, Norwood Apartments offers heat, in-complex washer and dryers, along with minimal noise; which is a steal now-a-days! It's almost like you don't even have neighbors! The neighbors, when you do see them, are really awesome and the apartment managers couldn't be better people. Somewhat older building but updated kitchens and bathrooms, underground heated parking, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, AC. Screened in porches are a great perk in the summer. Clean building and super speedy maintenance if anything is needed- usually same or next day.

My only complaint is that Katz tries to raise the rent every year.
