Spring Run Apartments

* leaking roofs
* broken windows
*outdated appliances
* ac units are old and don't work
* Older tenants by playground yell at kids for playing. They got chalk banned! Chalk!
* Tenants drinking outside on a patio
* Tenants in the corner will sit outside all day and speak poorly about every person who lives here.

I'm a single mother
I drove through the complex, interested in a two bedroom. Its a nice, clean area.
I decided not to get an application when i saw a group of young adults sitting outsite in the corner. They had beer cans all over the ground and one was handeling a rifle. I found that to be inappropriate.
When i asked a tenant about it, he mentioned they are outside every evening.
They should not he out there like that with young kids playing around.
