Charleston Center Village Apartments

This complex was sold last year and it has went straight downhill since the sale. I was without AC in my unit twice last year, once for almost a month and then again for 14 days days later in the Summer. Guess what? The AC went out on 5-17 and I notified them, it is now 5-27 and it is still out! It was 86 degrees in the apartment last night and it is 82 degrees right now. Avoid this place. Location is great, ownership is poor.

We moved in about 4 months ago and have enjoyed every single day of our stay. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful and ideal for my husband and I. I enjoy sitting on the deck overlooking the courtyard and seeing the dogs passing by. Love the closet space, sky lights and floor plan. Everything is available, washer/dryer, garage and all the amenities you would want. Great management and they are on top of any concerns you may have. Very well satisfied.

Spacious units in a great downtown location . Mall stores and restaurants within walking distance as well as many city and state businesses Property owner, manager and maintenance staff are super. They responded to any issues immediately. Great neighborhood parking garages. Come with the units. Apartments are clean and comfortable.
