I really like it here

I’ve lived here about 2 years. All utilities are included except electric. No pets allowed. Eletric runs around $50. All in all it’s a nice start out place. I’ve never had any problems with neighbors and they all seem really kind. We have a great maintenance man, whom co-owns the apartments, he usually takes care of any issue (no matter how small) within 1-2 days. They spray for bugs about every 3 months. We’re pretty close to the bus runs, and to different restaurants in cross lanes. The owners... are super sweet. 1000% would recommend.
