Poor staff
If you’re looking to move here, DONT!!! Many drugs in and out that neighborhood! Rental house lady “Debbie” is sneaky and nosey! Take pictures before you move into apartment! When I moved in the Carpet was filthy and we discussed it and she told me she was going to make note of it and every room had many stains! When it was time to move she blamed the stains on me and took it out of my deposit! Very unprofessional !!

Vandalism is high at this complex.
High turn over of tenants. Many incidents of vandalism, packages stolen, vandalism of vehicles, tires slashed, issues of domestic violence/alcoholism. For a cute little complex; which has a little play area for kids, a small pavilion, and well tended landscaping, it is sad to see the issues with troublesome tenants. If these tenants were to no longer reside at the complex, it would be a very nice place to live.
