poor management
First of all it is under new ownership. But the management is very poor. I had have several things break in my apartment and I have called management and they have not yet fixed anything the car lot and outdoor area is trashy, the management lives down there and and lets people she is friends with get away with anything and she is never there or she is very lazy they never fix anything Fairmont hills is a dump of a place. Needs new and better management. Also needs a full-time maintenance man... that know what they are doing. Always ghetto rigging something just for it to get by for a couple of weeks the maintenance man only works part-time 20 hour weeks and it's to hard to get in contact with anybody there take your money else where.
