How Is This Rating Determined?

Small and adequate for price

Is located behind Berkeley Plaza. A few minutes from 3 gyms. A CVS, wal greens, post office, sheetz, highway, food lion, pizza Hut, domino's, subway, summit bank etc.
Two bedroom, 1 full bath. 1 bedroom has ac unit also living room does. Small kitchen where one person can fit at a time. Fridge, stove. No dishwasher or other amenities. Average size bathtub. Neighborhood is mostly new couples with children it some older people. Bright lights at night for security. Your own parking spot along with... visitor parking as well
