NOT as advertised and overpriced for what it is. Too many issues loud neighbors thin walls additional charges that are high issues not fixed

Inconsiderate of it's residents
Consistently gives less than 24 hour notice to enter apartment for maintenance. Has a bad history of supplying late notifications for maintenance and then not carrying out the activity. Inconsiderate and not suited well for those working nights.

Lee Trace Apartments
The friendly atmosphere, with the nicest apartments in Martinsburg. Doris is a delight to work with and the maintance guys are always around. Safe and yet convient to I-81.
