It does have central air and the Bedroom is very large with lots of closet space. There are only two garages... for this building, so they rotate on a first come basis, which means if somebody moves out, a garage could come available, for an extra fee. There is a skylight in the kitchen. This sits on 4.5 acres of ground which has lots of trees and a pond. Parking space is off street and at the bottom of the covered stairs.
