I really love it here. The staff is wonderful. I have lived here for 5 years. The maintenance people take care of whatever I need quickly. The office people are kind. Perfect size and layout.

Great office staff, maintenance responds extremely quickly. Nice spacious apartments. Reasonable rent. The office staff responds well and communicated amazing. The maintenance crew responds as fast as they can and solves the issues extremely quickly.

The heat is out ever months sometimes more than once. I don't know why it's not fixed yet this last time it went out it was 4 degrees outsides and is still not fixed. No heat no hot water. If you have to fix something every month just replace it.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with the heating system in your apartment. We understand how frustrating it must be to face these issues, especially during such extreme weather conditions. We are trying to get this... resolved as quickly as possible. I have had a vendor on site and if your heat is still not working please contact the office immediately at 307-265-0048.

We have lived in for months and when we first moved in the heat was out almost every week for at least a few days. Now it's the hot water goes down every month like clockwork and they always say the will repair it Friday and have it running by Friday night it is never fixed tell monday or Tuesday. So you have no hot water or heat in the apartment. Took them months to fix our shower. I'd like management to go without hot water while we do. Everything in the apartment is from.the 50s light... switches, fuse boxes, and outlets.
