DEPOSITS: The deposit for the units are determined by your Adjusted Gross Income and will be provided to you once your application has been processed for move in.
PETS: Platte View does not accept pets.
UTILITIES: All utilities are paid by Platte View. Phone and cable will be at the resident’s expense.
PARKING: Each apartment has assigned resident parking.
SMOKING: This is non-smoking property.
