APPLICATION FEES: There are no... application fees to be added to the waitlist or to apply for an actual unit. Waitlist applications are available on our website at beacon.cc/platteview.html or in the rental office. Please call to determine if the waiting list is open or closed.

DEPOSITS: The deposit for the units are determined by your Adjusted Gross Income and will be provided to you once your application has been processed for move in.

PETS: Platte View does not accept pets.

UTILITIES: All utilities are paid by Platte View. Phone and cable will be at the resident’s expense.

PARKING: Each apartment has assigned resident parking.

SMOKING: This is non-smoking property.
