ReNew Eagle River

A great place to stay My husband and I overall enjoyed our time here at ReNew Eagle River. The unit was clean and freshly revamped with modern appliances, marble countertops, carpet, and a very nice restroom. Only appliance that didn't come with our unit was a microwave. Shared laundry was convenient as I could pay for laundry on my phone, as well as paying rent and utilities via online too. Very close to stores, the post office, the park and the highway. This was a very nice first place to call... home since living on our own that was within our budget. They recently got new management and they have been much more communicative and thorough. I give the property manager a lot of grace as he is fixing a lot of things that needed attention. He was great to us even as we were preparing to move out.

A couple of things to note:
1. I know this one can't be helped, but the apartments are really close to the highway so you may experience some intermittent noise. To me it was pretty relaxing, haha.
2. One negative experience: For the majority of the time living there, we had upstairs neighbors that were disruptive. Ranging from loud, consistent stomping for hours on end to coherent arguments, and sometimes stomping to the point that our house would shake. We wish we could have alerted management, but before we could, the tenants vacated, so I am writing this now. We never complain and we give a lot of grace and understanding, but this is our biggest complaint that is not at the fault of management.
My word of advice is if you are looking to rent a top level apartment, please be mindful of your noise levels and be respectful of your neighbors. If you have children, I recommend renting a floor level unit. We were fully aware that we were sharing a complex with 7 other families, but we rarely heard our other neighbors.
3. This unit was located right above the laundry room so it was always hot in the summer, but very cost effective in the winter!
4. The lease states that tenants must smoke 20 feet away from the building, but we often times could see smoking right outside by the stairs and in the winter it reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana in the laundry room. If our windows were open, the smoke would blow into our unit. I tried to avoid is as best as possible as I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I am not bringing this up to cause issues, but hopefully to resolve them.

Love our Apartment! We have been renting with ReNew for about 2 months now. We are loving it so much, and this company has been so accomodating and understanding! We hope to rent with them for a long time. Very clean and homey units and close to everything we need. ??

Oven Maintenance Over all the replacement of the heating element of the oven by the technician was wonderful (5 stars to them). The only issue came from it taking nearly a month to get it fixed. I was happy that the main office reached out to me to check if the oven was fixed, and they were professional. After calling the main office on for an update, they did ensure the technicians reached out to me that day.

Tour on 4/7/25 We absolutely love ReNew Eagle River! The property manager that helped us was very attentive and answered any questions we had! We love the complexes and everything it has to offer. I highly recommend becoming a tenant here. Thank you!

Had no heat It took a couple of days to get a heater because they're waiting on a part, but they could've said that to begin with plus this is raise my electricity bill because I having to run a radiator plus they also haven't started fixing the water damage that I had it's been over a month I won't recommend this place to live.
