Oven Maintenance Over all the replacement of the heating element of the oven by the technician was wonderful (5 stars to them). The only issue came from it taking nearly a month to get it fixed. I was happy that the main office reached out to me to check if the oven was fixed, and they were professional. After calling the main office on for an update, they did ensure the technicians reached out to me that day.

Had no heat It took a couple of days to get a heater because they're waiting on a part, but they could've said that to begin with plus this is raise my electricity bill because I having to run a radiator plus they also haven't started fixing the water damage that I had it's been over a month I won't recommend this place to live.

Communication Overall I’m happy with my apartment. The only issue I’ve had is being able to get in touch with anyone that works for property management and when I do it seems to take a while to get a response, which can be very frustrating
