Kimberly was amazing!!

My family and I toured the property this past weekend, and we had such a great experience! We stopped by as a last-minute walk-in, and Kimberly was absolutely amazing. She immediately took the time to welcome us, walk us around the property, and show us all of the amenities without ever making us feel rushed.

Kimberly was extremely thorough in explaining the different floor plans offered, including the differences in layout and pricing. The only apartment available to tour at the time was a… three-bedroom, three-bath, but she still took the time to walk us through it and explain how the one-bedroom and two-bedroom options would differ.

She also wrote down all of the information we discussed for me and followed up afterward with an email containing everything, which I really appreciated. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a positive impression on both me and my family.

I definitely plan to come back and tour a one- or two-bedroom apartment once one becomes available. This property is now at the top of my list as I plan my move to the area next year. Thank you, Kimberly, for making our visit such a wonderful experience!

I absolutely love living at Greystone Pointe Auburn! From the very beginning, the leasing team has been incredible, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They made the entire leasing and move-in process smooth and stress-free.

The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has some of the best amenities I've seen. Everything is thoughtfully designed and always feels clean and inviting. The location is another huge plus, it's… close to shopping, restaurants, Auburn University, and just about everything you need while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.

If you're looking for an apartment that offers a luxury feel, outstanding customer service, and a great location, I highly recommend Greystone Pointe Auburn. I'm so happy I chose to call this community home!
