The main reasons I stayed this year was the hot tub and car wash. The hot tub was down for 3 to 4 months of the summer and the car wash pressure washer and Vacuum have been down over 6 months. Nothing ever seems to get fixed.

Communication and speed of work orders has been excellent! Still struggling with smells coming from faucets that I am hoping we can get to the bottom of. Glad to see hot tub and gate have been fixed!

The staff is very kind and helpful whenever I reach out! They have made my move in smooth and they have made my family and I feel at home ! The community is really nice and clean! I feel safe in this neighborhood and I love that especially now that I’m a mom!
