Bogus debt collection attempt

Improperly documented our notice of not renewing our lease which lead to a bogus debt collection nightmare. We had many documentation problems with them throughout our tenure.

Amazing!!!

I had an amazing experience at Cahaba Grandview! From the moment I walked into the leasing office, the team made me feel welcomed and valued. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. A special thank you to Danny, the Property Manager, and Vida, the Assistant Manager, for their outstanding customer service. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure all of my questions were answered. It's clear they take pride in the community… and go above and beyond for both current and future residents. If you're looking for an apartment community with a friendly management team, excellent service, and a place that truly feels like home, I highly recommend Cahaba Grandview!

Wonderful!

I've had a wonderful experience with Cahaba Grandview! The community is clean, quiet, and well cared for, and the staff truly makes a difference. Danny, the Property Manager, and Vida, the Assistant Manager, have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. Any questions or concerns I've had have been handled quickly, and it's refreshing to work with a team that genuinely… cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend Cahaba Grandview to anyone looking for a place to call home. The management team has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

The best place in Birmingham Alabama to call home Outstanding

This is Danny Swann this is the most amazing apartment complex to live in absolutely stunning with excelent parking options! I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff Jenny Miller & DavIda Stephens & Corey Garrison outstanding team work They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. Plus the maintenance team that is both amazing and fast and outstanding and can fix anything.. Plus… the The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The lcoation is close to shopping Outstanding staff Plus problem-solving: is amazing and it's a wonderful place to call home my second year here because it a fun place to live and Plus it's A unique experience a apartment complex which is exceptionally memorable Indeed
