Worst apartment ever
If I could rate for everyone on lakeside I would. It is rat invested . The maintenance takes weeks or more to fix things after calling them several times to fix it . The customer service is trash they never answer the phone, the plumbing is horrible, the apartments look nice on the outside but the inside is old , staff lies and say they will fix something and never do it . It socks by far the worst apartment I have ever lived out .

Very slumish
Why is it poor? Horrible move in experience, no statement when paying rent, apartments are falling apart, amenities are crap on the grounds. Renovated anpartments are not renovated at all but you pay a higher price, like missing items you are suppose to have are not there. Random charges for no reason and no way to check why you were charged. And the list goes on. Just moved here 2 months ago and still finding/having issues. I am already looking for a new place to move. Maintenance is helpful... and friendly.

Love it
I had been looking around for a new living situation for a while now and I am so glad I came across Brook Highland. The apartments are so nice and the area is well maintained. I also really appreciate the staff being so helpful. I spoke with Madison on multiple occasions, and I feel like she really cared about helping me. Thank you!
