Very upset how downhill this community has gone after almost 3 years of living here. We used to talk very highly and had referred residents, now we persuade people away. The way they’ve treated us is awful.

Midtown is in an ideal location in downtown Birmingham. The facilities and amenities are excellent. The leasing office staff is very responsive to any concerns residents may have. The maintenance service is very prompt and completes the work request in a very timely fashion. I would recommend to anyone wanting a loft apartment in Birmingham.

Very nice community and kind front desk people. I like the amenities and feel safe here! There are office spaces which lets me study, and the place is always clean.
