Sweet Spot
I have been here for a month. The landlord is great and the community is really involved. It's right across the street from one of Birmingham's beautiful parks. Walking distance from Avondale Brewery and other upcoming restaurants. The unit is renovated with beautiful white everything and blackish counter tops. There is not a lot of storage and drawer space. No carpet in the common areas! I'm from Birmingham so it's perfect for me-I work at UAB and sometimes bike to work.
