I’ve lived in this community with my family for almost 10 years (I don't anymore), and today I had one of the most disappointing experiences. I went to help someone with their application, and while the staff member assisting us was polite, the manager made an inappropriate and unprofessional comment. When the person applying was asked for a drivers license and we mention that he did not had one, the manager responded with, ‘if y'all been here for more than 10 years Why don’t y’all get a... driver’s license?’in a very disrespectful tone.

This comment felt disrespectful and unnecessary. Regardless of anyone’s background or situation, residents deserve to be treated with respect — especially after being part of this community for so long. It made us feel judged and uncomfortable, and it’s not the kind of environment anyone should experience when seeking assistance. We've been in this community for so long with different admins and we had never experience something like this.

Staff and technicians, maintenance teams are super nice! Helpful and kind. Very pet friendly! Diverse tenants - singles and families. Wonderful large decks with great views. So many large windows and glass sliding doors so you feel open and light ! not just surrounded by walls & darkness.
Neighbors are polite. My apartment is very quiet. No noisy neighbors . My apartment feels and is very private. Love the huge lake and surrounding trees and grass. I Moved here in January from out of town at first glance everything looked up to par they tell you all good things and try to get you to move in QUICKLY . STRUCTURE of the apartments are old needs to be redone floors and walls are super thin can hear everything your neighbors are doing . & they don’t come fix anything you can call a million times and it takes forever for them to come look at it and even longer to repair . I’m barely at the apartment but somehow it’s always something falling... apart or leaking and cracks that should’ve been done and inspected before I was given the okay to move it . This is by far the worst apartment i have ever lived in. Let’s talk about the neighbors first. I have had multiple neighbors harass me and my friends, put trash in the back of my truck a LEAST five times, and the neighbors above me are constantly yelling or running around throughout the night. When i called the complex to do something about any of these issues they practically told me oh well. They told me to contact the police bc there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t do. The maintenance... do not come on time, they will do anything they can not to fix your appliances, to the point where one even TOLD me they were seeing if they even had to fix my washer and dryer or if they could’ve made me pay for it to get someone else to fix it. Lots of things are still broken bc i have given up asking for help. We have had water leaks in the ceiling, bug problems, and rodent problems. Terrible/ delayed maintenance, carpets are laid over tile, walls are just repainted and leaking oil, ceiling popcorn hangs frequently, justified black mold build up from the vents in the bathrooms. I cannot wait to move out because I will never return.
