HORRIBLE mangement
Current resident here who moved to work at UAB. Fell in love initially as it was close to hospital, right on running trail, and beautifully constructed. However within the first month we encountered multiple issues including LOUD stereo/car garage across from apartment that will blast music during the day, NON-PRIVATE resident internet that is not secured if you need to work from home and is spotty throughout the day, horrible resident portal that hasn’t updated any payments since we moved in,... false notification from management about late payment threatening rental agreement termination, and lack of response of management to email/in-person to address these issues. It looks pretty from outside and touring, but these issues within 1.5 months of moving in has been horrible.
**also with the community internet if it is down then you can’t access any doors via their app to enter into the building or use the amenities
