Well, I see that I'm not the only tenant that's had A/C and pest issues. The A/C went out on a weekend I was out of town. When I got home, the carpet was completely soaked. When I realized what had happened, I immediately called management. Not only did it take a week to get the A/C fixed, but they never came to clean up the water. I ended up renting a steam cleaner and doing it myself. The bathtub is always getting clogged up and the washing machine drain overflows. Terrible water issues and… management/maintenance are a COMPLETE joke! I have thankfully moved to another place with a different management company. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. We were one of the first to move in the newly remodeled apartments, 2 BR/ 2 BA. Summer of 2015, our A/C stayed broken and leaking an extreme amount of water for 3 months before they finally got someone to come fix it. Reaching 85 degrees in the apartment and having to empty a large cooler filled with water from the leak about 3 times a day. 3 MONTHS OF NO A/C IN THE DEAD OF SUMMER!!!! We have had a bug infestation, cockroaches, for 6 months now. Infested our kitchen cabinets, kitchen drawers,… refrigerator??????, bedrooms, bathrooms, and we had to throw away our nice pallet coffee table because the bugs started to nest in the table. We also have ANOTHER broken A/C this summer. It's been two months of 80 degrees in the apartment each day, and still the only solution we have is routine maintenance. I think it's passed time for a new unit. We have gone through 3 management companies with the property since moving in, granted the new management has stepped in to help more than others but our bug problem and A/C are still not fixed. They also towed one of our cars, that was parked directly behind our apartment, while we were out of town, claiming there was a warning placed on the car. There was never a warning placed on the car, we talked to the towing company directly. Still pulling teeth to try to fix our problems, but we would not recommend this place. It's got a great view and great location but have had problem after problem and at our own expenses. These apartments were recently remodeled, they really are beautiful inside; dark hardwood floors, nice light fixtures, good paint, luxurious tile in the bathrooms, NICE new carpet in the bedrooms, and really big closets! Two bathrooms is obviously a huge plus if you're living with someone.
There is a beautiful view of downtown during the winter, and when the trees start growing their leaves again its very peaceful and serene.

The issues, though, are unfortunate. This apartment (being very… old) has a lot of water issues... From smells, to flooding of the bedrooms. The maintenance team was never very timely, either. However it was just taken over by new property managers and they seem to have their stuff together!
