Mold, trash everywhere, awful unresponsive management DO NOT MOVE HERE

There’s trash everyone inside, the apartments outside on the curbs the bins are overflowing and it stinks so bad. Many apartments and other reviews mention mold ours definitely had some and the air quality was so bad cause of it. Roaches and spiders everywhere the maintenance never do anything or they say work orders are complete when they never are and won’t tell you when they’ll come by and ask you for your key so they can make a copy to be able to come at anytime even tho they never come

Do not rent here!!!

I lived at this apartment complex for the duration of a 5 month lease, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. From early on, I reported persistent mold issues in the unit. Despite multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups, the problem was never properly addressed. The mold continued to spread, affecting both the air quality and my personal belongings.

What made it worse was the complete lack of communication from management. Emails and calls went unanswered, and it felt like they… were just hoping I’d stop complaining. There was zero accountability or concern for tenant health and safety.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The mold problem is serious and ongoing, and the management is completely unresponsive. Rent elsewhere if you value your health and peace of mind. They also do not explain well the deposit situation when applying. Just an FYI you do not get your deposit back

DON’T MOVE HERE!!! BAD ROACHES

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. Staff is horrible!!! Bugs everywhere even after pest control comes!! Don’t waste your money!!!

Never even denied my application

We wanted to move here.
applied, waited a week, they said we got approved, no other response.
We called numerous times, and each time
“we’ll send you an email”
“we’ll contact you”
“tomorrow”
They never did got back with us. Never. Our application hasn’t been approved or denied.
They just took my money.
I don’t know if the staff is new, they don’t care, or they are just that bad.

great place to live

I have lived here for a few years. They have had problems in the past getting fully staffed but always try their best to correct any problems that I have had. Now, they get work orders done within a few days, office staff is friendly and helpful, grounds are always picked up nicely and I am happy to live here.
