Latitude at Riverchase Apartamentos

I lived at this apartment complex for the duration of a 5 month lease, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. From early on, I reported persistent mold issues in the unit. Despite multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups, the problem was never properly addressed. The mold continued to spread, affecting both the air quality and my personal belongings.

What made it worse was the complete lack of communication from management. Emails and calls went unanswered, and it felt like they... were just hoping I’d stop complaining. There was zero accountability or concern for tenant health and safety.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The mold problem is serious and ongoing, and the management is completely unresponsive. Rent elsewhere if you value your health and peace of mind. They also do not explain well the deposit situation when applying. Just an FYI you do not get your deposit back Lee mas

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. Staff is horrible!!! Bugs everywhere even after pest control comes!! Don’t waste your money!!!

We wanted to move here.
applied, waited a week, they said we got approved, no other response.
We called numerous times, and each time
“we’ll send you an email”
“we’ll contact you”
“tomorrow”
They never did got back with us. Never. Our application hasn’t been approved or denied.
They just took my money.
I don’t know if the staff is new, they don’t care, or they are just that bad.

I have lived here for a few years. They have had problems in the past getting fully staffed but always try their best to correct any problems that I have had. Now, they get work orders done within a few days, office staff is friendly and helpful, grounds are always picked up nicely and I am happy to live here.

The people in the rent office do not care about your home! I moved in Oct 1st & had lumps in my floor asked if they could be fixed. It is now Jan 16th and they have yet to be fixed. I asked Chloe when would they be fixing my floors along with my showers because there was water damage she asked me “is it harming anyone”. These people have no sense of urgency for your wellbeing! If you want to pay other people’s bill this is the place for you. They will tell you that you have to pay for water... every month but don’t tell you that they split the bill based upon each unit’s water usage. I have been paying over $100+ in water bills and I’m the only one that lives in my apartment. The breezeway has a terrible smell! They half do everything when it comes to fixing things in your apartment! The property should be shut down honestly ! You can never get in touch with the property manager or corporate office! Lee mas
