Poor everything
Living here has been extremely frustrating. Management is unresponsive and emails usually go unanswered. I reported harassment from a neighbor more than once and nothing was ever really done about it. The building is poorly maintained with expired elevator inspections, dead roaches in the hallways, and fire alarms constantly going off. There was even a real fire once and everyone thought it was another false alarm until firefighters had to go door to door getting people out. My apartment has... unfinished concrete floors with a huge crack, broken shower tiles, cabinets that don’t even line up right, plumbing problems, and the hot water only lasts about 20 minutes. Maintenance either doesn’t fix things or says they did when nothing changed, and the only way to get anything done is to go to the office yourself. Overall I regret moving here, this place is poorly managed and definitely not worth the money.
