DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have had so many problems living here and moving out. The communal dryer is broken and never dries completely and you have to pay to use it. They also broke into my apartment one day, entering without any notice, and replaced my blinds. At the six month mark they checked our apartment and our water heater needed to be replaced, and it never was replaced and we eventually moved out. Now for move out we are being charged over $1k for pet damages on the carpet. I have emailed... asking for proof, invoices, etc. and never received it! Paying for it is no issue, as it has been paid. Yet, it’s the principle of just explaining these costs to me instead of just posting it on the portal without any further explanation or proof. Living here was a disaster, and I feel as if I was taken advantage of since I am young and this was my first apartment. I never was able to have clean and dry clothes since the dryer never completely dried, maintenance never came and fixed our water heater so we either had burning hot water or cold water. When they entered without notice all we got was an apology, and it just isn’t a good place to live. Don’t be taken advantage of, you get what you pay for. Living off Sparkman Drive isn’t the best environment and these apartments do not provide anything to make it worth living there.
