Location and nothing else

The only good thing about Waterford Square is the location. However, being alongside the parkway and Airport Road, there is always quite a bit of noise outside. We have called maintenance several times and they are always quick to respond. But slow to completely resolve the problem. They have come twice for water leaks, and once as a follow up to “cover up” the mold that was left behind from the first visit and continued to grow. The door is warped from the moisture and there is still mold in… the closet. They pulled the carpet out but did not replace it. We are currently waiting on them to finish with the other closet where the hot water heater started leaking. The carpet is soaked and the entire lower level reeks of hot mildew. He sprayed the walls and put a fan in the closet. When we said the carpet would need to come up since it is completely soaked, and we have allergies and one child with asthma, maintenance said he would have to speak with his supervisor, who has not returned the phone call all weekend. Neither has any manager from the office. I suppose they think it is ok just to wait until Monday. I do not. There are dozens of other gripes I have about this place, but I’m trying to keep this review on the short side. We are counting the days until our lease is up

TERRIBLE!!!!!!

This place is terrible!!!! We lived here since 2011-2016!!!! When I first moved in our dishwasher was broken!! We had mice that chewed up our duct-work!!!!!!! Our A/C didn't work!! My bedroom was 90 degrees in the summer!!!!! I was not happy to see my pets panting, and 90 degree temps in the apartment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In 2015 we moved to a different apartment in the same complex, we had neighbors who play music when I sleep!!! They smokes weed and pot!! DRUG DEALERS LIVE THERE!!!! We had black… mold. MOLD, MOLD, AND MORE MOLD!!!! We had mice, rats, and mean staff!!!! The staff is rude, liars!!! Not to mention that they back into my dads new car!! They broke into my moms car and stole CDS, and floor mats!!!!!!! We had to call the cops 3 times, and the office more than 6 times!!!!!!!!!! DON'T LIVE IN THIS CRAPHOLE!!!!!

Horrible Apartments

Horrible staff and manager. The place is crawling with roaches and the staff does nothing. Repairs are constantly needed. Do not believe the other posts. They are clearly written by the staff. Liars and rude people. The manager acts as if she literally owns the place and can boss around people in their own space they pay for. Horrible

Happy Inhabitant

We love living at Waterford Square Apartments! The apartments are spacious, largest in the area for the $ and the layout really makes the space more open. Residents in this community are friendly and it is a quiet residential area, yet still very closing to shopping and dining, which is great for my elderly mom, who is nervous driving too far alone. The grounds are maintained well, staff is on the top of their game, and the pool is large and lovely! We love that washer/dryer is included with… all units!

Waterford Square Apts.

Is located on the south end of Huntsville. Water Square is a quite community that has good neighbors to match. All in all, its a good place to reside and make it your home.
