If you decide to live here definitely make sure you move on the very top floor.
If not you will hear everything. The floors and walls are really thin. You hear every foot step , every sound in your neighbors apartment below and above you. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes, her Alexa when it comes on and when she is on the phone. The washer and dryers are old and when in usage are very very loud. This was a great decision to move in. The process was easy and Christa was so welcoming by making us comfortable...the amenities are many and the dog accessible park and catering pet stations are incredible...the access to the restaurants shops and grocery/drugs is handy...it's huge luxurious and yet quiet....we're so looking forward to the community functions...

Providence Place Apartments is such a wonderful place to live! The location cannot be beat! There are lots of fun events that take place in the community. One of the big selling points for me was the amazing places to go walking. I love being so close to restaurants and shops! I love my apartment and the move-in process was very smooth!

I lived at Providence place for the past year and I loved living close to absolutely everything! Restaraunts, grocery store, gas station, and the interstate are all very near! You can actually walk to most of what you need, and with these gas prices, that's ALWAYS a plus! When your address is Providence Main Street, it shows that you care about where you live. The name makes a statement all on its own! My home was comfortable and beautiful. I absolutely loved the chocolate cabinets in my kitchen... and bathroom as well as having a walk in shower separate from my bathtub! The added large laundry in the home is definitely a major plus!
The property is always well maintained! Valet trash is very convenient! Especially when you don't feel like leaving the house to put out the trash! The swimming pool and fitness center are added extras that make your stay even more enjoyable! You're always welcome to come into the office and grab treats for your dog or just to relax in the sitting area and kitchen! Let's not forget the barbecue grills on property for some good eating right at home!
The staff is absolutely fantastic and amazing! They'll greet you with a welcome smile and are always ready to assist with your needs! Ashley and Christa are my special faves! They're like good friends you went to high-school with! I'd absolutely return to Providence Place Apts. The maintenance staff is top tier!
