Amazing home

The Moderne is beautiful and has been a wonderful place to live! I've been here about 1.5 years and not a single bad experience. Office staff is great and the maintenance team is above par. They've responded to every question I've ever had very quickly even when it's not urgent. The apartments are also very quiet. So many apartments you hear every step and flush from the neighbors, but not here. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing staff and maintenance team

The staff is amazing. I moved in recently and had a few minor hiccups with the account set up but any question/concern I had, the staff was there to help.

New tenant, Great experience so far!

The service I received during my process of choosing an apartment home was A1! Tee F. was great and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond to ensure that I choose the apartment that met all of my needs. She was attentive, friendly, and quick. Best rental experience ever! Charles R. has been great as well, he has quickly answered all of my questions and concerns since my move. Overall I am very pleased with the community and the service so far!

Beware of fake reviews

If you notice, batches of reviews for The Moderne are written on the same date. Clearly, they have been writing their own reviews. While there are a few good things about this complex such as its proximity to Providence Village, this is far from a "luxury apartment" complex. Yes, living in Providence has some advantages but trying to get through the construction traffic every day is a pain. The super high rent rates don’t support the low-end finishes in the apartments. The management is not… responsive to questions or problems. There are other apartment complexes in the area that are a much better deal.

Great place!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Besides the property being very well maintained, the proximity to providence restaurants and shops is a great perk. Maintenance is always quick to respond. Kylie was great to work with before move in and continues to be helpful now that I live here! Great place to live!!
