The Overlook Apartment Homes

Soooo many roaches, loud neighbors, uncaring management. The water has been cut off frequently, laundry rooms not working, loud cars, people yelling at all times. I've been here since Oct 2024 and the biggest thing is THE ROACHES... they are everywhere all the time. When I move I'll prob have to buy new everything because they are in my wifi router, my xbox, my tv, behind posters on the wall, crawling out of the kitchen sink. This place is NOT GOOD.

Loud neighbors, apartments always smell like smoke, roaches!

The apartments are overrun with roaches and spiders. Gnats are always in the kitchen. My ceiling fell in and yet they steady increasing rent. So glad I'm moving

The office staff is very friendly and professional, especially Ebony she makes the process go smooth and easy. If you are looking for a nice apartment with reasonable price and friendly staff then this is the place for you. Give them a try you will be satisfied!

Communication with them, whether office staff or corporate, is like communicating with a brick wall: there is no communication. The staff are unprofessional and have little to no knowledge about anything in the office.
The complex is unsafe, but that didn’t seem to be prior to them. Myself, as well s as others I know, have been charged false fees after move out, and those fees were never communicated to us for the issue to be resolved.
