Enter through the front door using a digital keypad to find a cozy living room furnished with a queen sofa bed and a large Smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is an additional space with two comfortable armchairs. The dining room features a large farm table, and the galley-style kitchen is fully equipped for efficient meal preparation. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are accessible from the kitchen or living room. Bedroom one includes two full-size beds, bedroom two has a king bed, and the master bedroom offers two full-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A second full bathroom also features a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer are available in the garage, and the fully fenced backyard includes patio furniture and a grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Located in a residential area, the home is about two miles from the University of South Alabama. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for convenience.
Guests will access the home via a digital keypad, with the code provided upon check-in. The property enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect the residential neighborhood. A $500 damage charge applies if smoking is detected in or around the home, and parties are prohibited. Any violation of quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
