I was really very thankful for the elevator in our building for move in. It would have been so much worse without. Thank you for that!!
I am impressed with the security and general look of the complex and the apartment itself is charming.

Maintenance and the apartment itself all great. Community upkeep is a little questionable. Dog droppings, smelly elevators, and security are the downsides. The pros are that it is a very family friendly environment.

I love the apartment. Not bothered by anyone. One thing that bothers me is the garbage situation. We pay a monthly fee for garbage pick up and it hardly ever gets picked up. Makes the halls stink.
