I love this community! It is a great environment, and all the workers take time to get to know the residents and make them feel at home! There are a ton of community events to help with that, as well.

Thus far, I've enjoyed living here. While my housemates get on my nerves when they don't keep the common areas clean, that's not the fault of the Social. I've enjoyed my time here.

I’ve had a solid experience living at this apartment complex. The location is convenient, the community feels safe, and the grounds are usually well-kept. Maintenance responds in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff is friendly when you need help. Parking is great, and my house has been quiet overall.I don’t have things that could be improved, but for the price and the area, it’s been a comfortable place to live.

The social is a hidden jackpot in the west Mobile region. Jennifer is an absolute gem and one of the best property managers. Jeremy is the head of maintenance and ensures the property is beautiful and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. They have created an amazing experience at the Social and truly never make me want to leave. The social is lucky to have such an amazing staff and beautiful property.
