Great place to live

I recently moved to Yester Oaks and absolutely love my townhome. My leasing agent Maddie made the move in process so easy and efficient. I highly recommend moving here!

Rude!

The lady who works in the front office is so rude that you can’t even take her serious. This apartment complex is a complete joke

Olvídate de vivir aquí

Es el peor lugar para vivir, es malísimo es lo peor que podrás encontrar, llevo casi un año pidiendo a la administración que vengan a solucionar problemas de filtración de agua ya que cada vez que se llueve el agua de filtra al primer piso. Terminará mi contrato y nunca habrán hecho algo, las unidades que se inundan son todas las que están en 143 birch lane.
Este complex es una basura, ofrecen gymnasia y está cerrado, ofrecen piscinas y estan las 3 descompuestas, lavandería, lavadoras y… secadoras malas no limpian la ropa, mantenimiento es malísimo, no vivas aquí, busca otras alternativas.
Pero esta pocilga de complex NO, TE COBRAN Y LUEGO NO ASISTEN NADA DE LO QUE TÚ SOLICITAS

Administración realmente pesima.

Malisima la adminisracion. No te solucionan 1 cosa bien. Tuvimos problemas con el piso de el primer y segundo piso, con el aire acondicionado, con la cocina, una puerta se estaba pudriendo pero cuando dejábamos los problemas los de manutención nunca encontraban nada malo. Siempre van cuando uno no está en casa. Malisimo. Y la jefa en la administración como que nunca sabe nada.
