Landlord will receive bills, and Resident will be billed monthly for the cost of their exact usage of each service. Resident will also pay a $10/month Utility Billing Fee in addition to rent and any other monthly charges.
The security deposit for the home is equal to the monthly rent amount. This deposit is only refundable for a period of 24 hours after payment due to cancellation. Any cancellations after the initial 24-hour period, except for denial of your rental application, will result in forfeiture of the full deposit amount. The application fee is $60 per applicant. If you place a security deposit on the home, you and any adult that will be living in the home must apply by midnight of the same day or the home will go back on the market, and the security deposit is placed on hold. Failure to provide the documentation needed for ARM to complete your application in the 24-hour time period will result in the application being placed on hold and the home will go back on the market.
